DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and execution for our clients and the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
- Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms.
- Manage and guide the Digital Marketing team.
- Plan strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, and ROI.
- Analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights.
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely campaign execution.
- Coordinate with Content, Creative, Sales, and Business Development teams.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis.
- Prepare regular performance reports and strategy reviews.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Maintain strong client communication and ensure campaign objectives are met.

Requirements




- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing / Advertising Agency.
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Good understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and Lead Generation.
- Experience managing multiple campaigns and client accounts.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Malayalam and English.
- Excellent communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in managing and mentoring a digital marketing team.
- Strong understanding of campaign analytics and reporting.
- Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and reporting tools.
- Experience developing digital marketing strategies for different industries.
- Strong client-handling and presentation skills.
