About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Digital Marketing Head to lead and execute end-to-end digital marketing initiatives focused on brand growth, lead generation, and online visibility.

Responsibilities & Requirements

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team
- Plan and oversee SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical, AEO, GEO)
- Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads
- Plan and execute social media marketing strategies across multiple platforms
- Optimise content and website structure for search engines and AI platforms
- Collaborate with content, design, development, and sales teams
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Identify market trends and customer behaviour patterns
- Manage technical SEO activities including site audits and Core Web Vitals
- Prepare detailed marketing performance reports
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends and AI-driven tools
- Work closely with stakeholders to align strategies with business goals




- Minimum 4+ years proven digital marketing experience (at least 2 years in leadership/management)
- Strong expertise in SEO, AEO, GEO, Google Ads, PPC, and social media marketing
- Good understanding of AI-driven search experiences and conversational search optimisation
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Software/IT industry experience (highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of website structure, landing page optimisation, and CMS platforms
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and technical SEO (advantageous)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven approach
- Solid leadership, communication, and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and lead teams
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and marketing automation
