About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives. This is a critical role requiring deep expertise in the FMCG or Cosmetic industry. The successful candidate must be available to join immediately and be prepared to work on-site in Ahmedabad.

Key Requirements:

Industry Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience within the FMCG or Cosmetic sectors is mandatory.

E-commerce Proficiency: Proven track record in managing E-commerce and Quick-commerce platforms will be considered a significant advantage.

Availability: Must be able to join immediately.

Core Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to build brand equity and drive customer engagement.

Manage end-to-end social media presence, including content calendars, community engagement, and brand storytelling.

Oversee performance marketing efforts,



including lead generation, email marketing, and digital funnels.

Utilize web analytics and performance data to track KPIs, interpret campaign impact, and implement data-driven optimizations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Brand, and Product) to ensure digital initiatives align with overarching business goals.

Stay ahead of market trends in the FMCG industry and provide strategic recommendations to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant industry certifications are a plus.

Deep understanding of consumer behavior within the retail and e-commerce ecosystems.

Proven ability to manage search, social, display, and e-commerce campaigns.

Solid analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
