Junior Digital Marketing Executive | Camp, Pune (in-office)

Not an internship — a real seat on our marketing team, with day-to-day ownership of social, campaigns, and content from the start.

What you'll do

- Plan and execute social media content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Run and monitor small-to-mid budget campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Write copy for posts, captions, and basic ad creatives
- Track performance and put together simple weekly reports
- Coordinate with the design team for creative assets
- Support client communication on ongoing digital accounts

What we're looking for

- 0–1.5 years of relevant experience (agency experience a plus, not mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Instagram/Meta Business Suite; basic Google Ads knowledge or willingness to learn quick
- Solid writing skills — able to turn a rough brief into a clean, ready-to-post caption
- Comfortable with Canva (Photoshop a plus, not required)
- Based in Pune or willing to relocate; able to work from the Camp office

Location: Camp, Pune (in-office) Schedule: Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm

Type: Full-time, immediate start

Salary: ₹15,000–20,000/month, based on experience
