What We’re Looking For
? 5–6+ years of experience in digital marketing, within a B2B marketing or agency environment in a senior role.
?Significant experience in team leadership and managing high-performing marketing teams.
?Strong understanding of SEO, performance marketing, social media, content marketing, CRM, influencer marketing and growth marketing.
?Proven experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
?Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
?Strong analytical and data-driven approach to marketing decision-making.
?Experience with budgets, campaign performance, KPIs and marketing ROI.
?Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
?Ability to work in a rapid-paced, results-driven agency environment.
?Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics and AI-powered marketing tools.
?Experience working with technology, SaaS, retail, IT or other B2B-focused businesses.
