Agrideal is a crop protection trading business serving dealers and retailers across Vidarbha. We're looking for someone who can own our digital presence end to end, from planning to posting.
What you'll do
- Plan and run a monthly content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Channel and YouTube
- Create posts, posters and Reels (shoot, edit, caption) in English, Marathi and Hindi
- Post on schedule and track reach, engagement and leads via Meta Business Suite
- Manage and update the company website (product pages, banners, basic SEO)
- Support Meta ad campaigns for leads and recruitment
- Keep product names, pack sizes and brand details accurate across all content
What we're looking for
- 1–3 years in social media / digital marketing (freshers with a robust portfolio can apply)
- Hands-on with Canva, CapCut or Premiere; comfortable shooting on phone
- Basic WordPress / website CMS knowledge
- Good Marathi and Hindi, working English
- Agri, rural or FMCG content experience is a big plus
