About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive – Performance Marketing with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and paid advertising. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, generating qualified leads and improving campaign performance.

Experience in fintech, stock market, trading, financial services or software/SaaS marketing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads and other paid advertising campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads through performance marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPC, CPA, CTR, conversions and ROAS.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, bidding and ad placements.
- Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, copy and audiences.
- Work with the content and creative teams to develop effective ad creatives.
- Monitor competitor campaigns and digital marketing trends.
- Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Stay updated with Meta and Google advertising policies and platform updates.

Required Skills




- Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.
- Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager / Facebook Ads is required.
- Experience with Google Ads.
- Good understanding of paid advertising and lead generation.
- Knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of CPL, CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS and conversion rates.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Fintech, Stock Market, Trading, Financial Services or SaaS.
- Experience in lead-generation campaigns.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or other creative tools.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.

Work Location: In person – Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
