About the Role

PrepScale is looking for a creative and performance-focused Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team at Kinfra, Kakkanchery.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing activities across social media, paid advertising, content, and lead-generation channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube and other platforms
- Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Generate and manage qualified leads for PrepScale courses and programs
- Monitor campaign performance, CPL, CTR, conversions and ROI
- Conduct audience research and create targeted campaigns
- Manage PrepScale's Instagram, Facebook and YouTube content activities
- Coordinate with the content, design and video teams for marketing creatives
- Develop content ideas for Reels, Posts, Stories and YouTube
- Track competitors, market trends and digital marketing opportunities
- Prepare regular campaign performance reports
- Test different creatives, audiences, ad copies and campaigns
- Support promotional campaigns, offers, launches and admissions
- Explore new digital channels and strategies for student acquisition

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing,



Business, Communications or a related field
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Understanding of Google Ads and YouTube marketing is an advantage
- Good understanding of social media platforms
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion campaigns
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics/GA4 and reporting tools is an advantage
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work with deadlines and campaign targets
- Creativity and willingness to experiment with new marketing ideas

Experience

0–2 years of relevant experience.

Freshers with strong practical knowledge of digital marketing and hands-on experience with Meta Ads/social media campaigns may also apply.
