About Us

Abhinandan Export Limited is a manufacturer of textile raw materials. We make cotton-blend threads, zari and fancy threads used for making rakhis and handicrafts. Our factory is in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, and we supply B2B buyers and exporters across India and overseas. We have just opened our new office in Nehru Place and are looking for a creative, organised person to build our brand online and support day-to-day office work.

Key Responsibilities

Digital presence & marketing

- Manage the company's Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp Business pages: plan, create and schedule posts, reels and stories
- Run and monitor Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns and track reach, leads and engagement
- Respond to enquiries and messages on social media and pass leads to the sales team
- Keep the website, Google Business Profile and online listings (IndiaMART, etc.) up to date
- Prepare simple monthly reports on social media performance

Design (using Canva and online tools)

- Design posters, flyers, catalogues, festive creatives and social media posts in Canva
- Shoot product photos and short videos on a phone, and edit them with simple apps such as CapCut or Canva video
- Keep all brand materials consistent in logo, colours and style

Office coordination

- Handle general office administration: correspondence, filing, data entry and record keeping
- Coordinate with the factory, couriers, vendors and visitors




- Support the management with emails, documents, presentations and scheduling
- Maintain office supplies and basic upkeep

Requirements (Must-Have)

- Graduate in any discipline
- Robust computer knowledge: comfortable with Windows, file management, internet, email, printing and scanning
- Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Drive and Sheets
- Hands-on experience with Canva for posters, flyers and social media posts
- Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite (posting and scheduling on Facebook and Instagram) and basic Meta Ads Manager
- Good written English and Hindi
- Organised, self-motivated and comfortable handling several tasks at once
- Please share samples of your Canva or social media work with your application

Good to Have

- Experience with free online tools such as CapCut, Adobe Express or remove.bg
- Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for writing captions and content
- Experience in textiles, handicrafts, B2B or export businesses
- A certificate course in digital marketing
