We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive to support our growing portfolio of online businesses. The initial focus will be on our online grocery businesses, with opportunities to support our other platforms and businesses as well.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and promote our digital platforms and social media channels.
- Promote grocery products, offers, and campaigns.
- Communicate with customers and handle enquiries.
- Make calls and follow up with potential customers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Support marketing and business development activities for Roomrove and other platforms when required.




- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Track customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Help identify new marketing and business development opportunities across our platforms.

Requirements:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media.
- Comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
- Sales-oriented and willing to follow up with leads.
- Ability to learn and work across different online businesses.
- Previous experience in digital marketing, business development, or sales is an advantage.
