About us

JK AesthetiCare and JK Lasers are UK companies based in West Bromwich, England.

- JK AesthetiCare supplies, services and repairs aesthetic laser and IPL machines for UK clinics and salons.
- JK Lasers has supplied industrial fibre laser marking machines in the UK for 9 years.

We are now launching both brands in India. We're looking for one person to grow our UK marketing and build our dealer network in India.

The role

About 60% of your time is UK work and 40% India work. You will work independently and report to the company director.

UK (JK AesthetiCare)

- Create daily social media content (posts, carousels, Reels/Shorts) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, mostly from our product photos.
- B2B cold calling to UK clinics, salons and training academies from our UK phone number, using our script. You'll book callbacks for our director.
- Reply to all comments, DMs and enquiries within 1 hour during your shift.
- Write a blog post every 2 weeks and a monthly email newsletter, and post to our Google Business Profile.

India (JK Lasers and JK AesthetiCare)

- Find and research machinery, engraving and aesthetic equipment dealers across India.
- Call dealers, check their details (GST number, brands they sell, service capability), send our brochure and book video calls with our director.
- Visit dealers in person when needed. Travel is paid.

Reporting

- A short daily log (hours, links, numbers) and a weekly scorecard.

What you need

- 1–3 years in B2B marketing, sales or business development.



Experience with equipment, machinery, medical or aesthetics is a solid plus.
- Confident on the phone in English (UK business owners) and Hindi (Indian dealers).
- Real social media or content work you can show, with results you can explain.
- Canva and basic video editing (CapCut or similar).
- Organised and self-motivated. You'll work remotely without daily supervision.
- A laptop, reliable internet and a quiet place to make calls.

Nice to have

- Experience finding or managing dealers or distributors in India.
- UK or international clients.
- A regional language such as Gujarati, Punjabi, Marathi or Tamil.
