We are looking for a motivated Digital Marketer to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, have working knowledge of SEO, and be comfortable managing paid ad campaigns to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns
Generate quality leads through paid and organic digital channels
Run and optimize basic Google Ads campaigns
Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities to improve website ranking
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI (CTR, CPL, conversions)
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Track and report leads generated on a daily/weekly basis
Coordinate with the content/design team for creatives and ad copies
A/B test ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in digital marketing
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager
Basic knowledge of Google Ads
Understanding of SEO fundamentals (keyword research, on-page optimization)
Proven ability to generate leads through digital channels
Good analytical skills to interpret campaign data
Basic knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console (preferred)
