Daily Responsibilities:

n•

nManage L2 incident tickets and service requests within defined SLAs.

n•

nMonitor M365 health dashboards and resolve service availability alerts daily.

n•

nAdminister Microsoft Defender policies and investigate security alerts for endpoints.

n•

nManage user identities, access permissions, and group memberships in Entra.

n•

nDeploy and manage Intune policies for mobile devices and laptops.

n•

nEnsure seamless integration of M365 security logs with SOC.

n•

nExecute license migrations and user data transfers to recent subscriptions.

n•

nMaintain Microsoft Defender for Identity (MDI) configuration for on-premises AD.

n•

nAnalyze M365 and Azure logs to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

n•

nFacilitate Windows OS upgrades to Enterprise editions.

n•

nGenerate weekly usage reports and security compliance posture for management.

n•

nProvide technical support for M365 Outlook, Teams, and Office applications.





nAdditional Responsibilities:

n•

nCreate and update technical documentation for internal knowledge base systems.

n•

nConduct user awareness training sessions for new M365 feature adoption.

n•

nBuild strong personal relationships with new customers and build rapport with their users

n•

nAssist in the rollout and configuration of Microsoft 365 Copilot.

n•

nSupport internal audits by providing evidence of security policy compliance.

n•

nCoordinate with Microsoft OEM support for resolving complex L3 issues.

nTechnical Capabilities:

n•

nShould have minimum BE/B Tech/MCA Degree or Equivalent

n•

nWith minimum 03 years of relevant experience in M365 solution &Valid; Certification in M365 Components or MCSA.

n•

nShould have good communication skills.
