Role Overview The Digital Content Creator will conceptualize, produce, and manage high‑quality written, visual, and multimedia content that showcases RCEE’s academic strengths, campus life, achievements, and student‑centric initiatives. This full‑time, on‑site role requires creativity, digital proficiency, and strong storytelling abilities to enhance the college’s online presence and brand identity.

? Key Responsibilities

- Content Development — Create engaging written, visual, and multimedia content for the website, social media, newsletters, brochures, and internal communications.

- Video Production — Shoot, edit, and produce short‑form videos, reels, interviews, and event highlights.
- Photography — Capture high‑quality photos of campus events, academic activities, and student achievements.
- Audio Production — Record and edit audio for podcasts, interviews, and promotional videos.
- Storytelling — Craft compelling narratives aligned with RCEE’s mission and values.
- Content Strategy — Plan monthly content calendars, campaign themes, and distribution strategies.
- Social Media Management — Manage official social media channels,

- SEO Optimization — Optimize content using keywords, hashtags, and metadata to increase visibility.
- Audience Research — Use analytics tools to understand audience behavior and improve content performance.
- AI Tools Usage — Leverage AI tools for content creation, editing, scheduling, and analytics.
- Collaboration — Work closely with faculty, staff, and student bodies to gather information and produce accurate content.
