Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with expertise in industrial data platforms to lead large-scale digital transformation programs across Energy & Utility organizations. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Industrial IoT, OT/IT convergence, AI solutions, operational data management, asset performance optimization, and enterprise-scale data architectures.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture and implementation of Industrial Data Platforms using Hybrid cloud (AWS/Azure).
- Design solutions for asset monitoring, predictive maintenance, digital twins, operational intelligence, and sustainability initiatives.
- Integrate OT systems (SCADA, DCS, PLCs, Historians) with enterprise platforms (ERP, EAM, GIS, Data Lakes, Cloud).
- Define enterprise data models, contextualization strategies, and industrial data governance frameworks.




- Drive Energy Transition use cases including renewable asset management, grid modernization, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Define and own enterprise AI platform architecture covering Generative AI, Agentic AI, orchestration layers, model serving, and shared AI services.
- Design scalable AI agent solutions using enterprise patterns for knowledge, tools, topics, instructions, and workflow orchestration.
- Lead cloud, edge, and enterprise integration architecture discussions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and IT stakeholders.
- Provide technical leadership, solution governance, and mentoring across transformation programs.

Required Skills

- 10–20 years of experience in Industrial Digitalization, IIoT, OT/IT Architecture, or Data & Analytics.
- Strong hands-on experience with prior experience in Industrial data protocols and developing industrial digital & AI platforms.
- Deep understanding of Energy & Utility operations, including Power Generation, Transmission & Distribution, Renewables, or Oil & Gas.
- Experience with SCADA, DCS, PLC, Data Historians, Industrial IoT, and Digital Twin solutions.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML architectures.
- Expertise in industrial integration standards, data governance, cybersecurity, and Industry 4.0 frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience delivering large-scale energy, utility, or industrial transformation programs.
- Robust leadership, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
