This is an opportunity to work with one of the leading Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) that helps businesses drive software adoption, simplify employee onboarding, and improve user experiences on web, desktop, and mobile applications.

- Shift : Night Shift (5 PM to 2 AM); Transportation provided.
- Work Mode: 5 days working from office
- Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru.
- Interview Process: Face to face only

Only immediate to 15 days joiners are preferred and local to Bengaluru. What your role will look like:

- Work with global customers to identify target audience training needs and derive actionable insights to improve digital adoption.
- Consult, ideate, and propose optimal digital adoption solutions using the Product Ecosystem.
- Manage numerous projects, initiatives, and client engagements concurrently.
- Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure deliverable consistency and compliance across all projects.
- Review, analyze, and optimize solutions to increase digital adoption usage by end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and enhance process efficiency for customers.
