✨We are Four

Four is a leading, independent, international agency. From our hubs in the UK and UAE, we bring media, creative and communications together under one roof to help clients move people, change minds and make a measurable difference.

We are sector-led, integrated by design and always looking towards what is next. That means earned, owned and paid working together from the start, not being stitched together at the end.

The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and organised Digital Account Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of integrated digital accounts. You will be a trusted client contact, translating objectives into clear plans, coordinating specialists and making sure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time and on budget.

This is a hands-on management role for someone ready to take greater ownership. You will lead client meetings, shape briefs and media plans, oversee campaign activation, interpret performance and guide Digital Account Executives. You will know when to make a decision, when to challenge constructively and when to bring in senior or specialist support.

What You Will Do

Lead client relationships

- Act as the main day-to-day contact across a portfolio of client accounts, creating trust through responsive, accurate and commercially aware advice.
- Lead status meetings, campaign reviews and presentations, setting clear agendas and turning discussion into owned actions.
- Understand each client’s objectives, audiences, operating context and measures of success.
- Manage expectations, resolve delivery issues early and escalate material risks with a clear recommendation.
- Build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, media owners, technology partners and suppliers.

Plan and manage digital campaigns

- Turn client briefs into practical digital strategies, channel plans, budgets, timelines and measurement frameworks.
- Lead campaign delivery across paid search, display, online video, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Coordinate strategy, creative, content, media and analytics specialists so activity works as one integrated campaign.
- Oversee audience planning, keyword strategy, campaign structures, tracking requirements, asset specifications and approvals.
- Maintain clear project plans, budget trackers, decision logs and quality assurance checks from briefing to completion.

Drive performance and learning

- Review live delivery, spend and results, making evidence-led optimisation recommendations.
- Lead weekly, monthly and end-of-campaign reporting,

turning platform data into a clear story for clients.
- Explain what happened, why it matters and what should happen next in straightforward language.
- Develop test-and-learn plans across audiences, creative, channels and formats, ensuring learning is documented and applied.
- Work with analytics colleagues to maintain tracking quality, reporting consistency and confidence in the data.

Grow accounts and the agency

- Spot opportunities to improve client outcomes, broaden relevant services and strengthen account value.
- Support proposals and pitches with research, insight, digital strategy, planning and presentation development.
- Contribute to scopes, estimates and resource plans with support from senior colleagues.
- Keep up with platform changes, consumer behaviour, emerging technology and wider developments in media and communications.

Support people and standards

- Delegate clearly to Digital Account Executives, review work constructively and support their development.
- Set a strong example through accurate work, good judgement, inclusive collaboration and reliable follow-through.
- Share knowledge across the team and help improve templates, processes and ways of working.

What You Will Bring

- Experience managing digital campaigns or client accounts in an agency, in-house team or similarly fast-moving environment.
- Working knowledge of paid search, paid social, display, online video and digital measurement.
- The ability to turn business and communications objectives into clear plans, briefs and recommendations.
- Clear and effective written, verbal and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt detail for different audiences.
- Strong organisation, budget awareness and attention to detail across several priorities.
- Confidence using data to make decisions, challenge assumptions and explain performance.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach and sound judgement about priorities, risks and escalation.
- A collaborative management style and willingness to help others develop.
- Curiosity about audiences, culture, technology, business and what makes communications work.

Digital Know-how You will have practical experience with a combination of digital advertising,

analytics and reporting platforms. This may include Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube, Meta advertising tools, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, Google Trends and dashboard solutions. You will also be comfortable using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams. We are interested in the relevance and quality of your experience, not in one particular route into the profession or a specific qualification. Platform certifications are useful but are not essential where you can demonstrate equivalent knowledge and results.

What Success Looks Like

- Clients see you as a trusted, responsive and well-informed day-to-day lead.
- Campaigns are planned carefully, delivered accurately and managed within agreed budgets and timelines.
- Reporting is clear, insightful and focused on decisions rather than data alone.
- Risks are spotted early and brought forward with practical options.
- Junior colleagues receive useful direction, feedback and opportunities to grow.
- You identify ways to strengthen the work, deepen relationships and contribute to sustainable account growth.

Where this role can take you The role offers a clear route towards Senior Digital Account Manager. Progression will come through consistently robust account leadership, deeper strategic and commercial contribution, effective team development and the ability to grow trusted client relationships. Four is committed to equal opportunities and to a fair, inclusive and accessible recruitment process. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and will assess candidates on the skills, experience and potential relevant to the role.
