Position: DFX Design Verification Engineer
Experience: 9-12 Years
Location: Banagalore
Contract : 12 Months
Role & responsibilities
- Develop and validate DFT Scan/ATPG or DFX verification methodologies.
- Perform DFT DRC checks, coverage analysis, pattern generation, simulation, and debug.
- Work with Siemens Tessent tools for ATPG/MBIST and DFT implementation.
- Analyze and debug simulation failures and root-cause design issues.
- Develop testcases and verification environments for DFX structures.
- Work on JTAG, Boundary Scan, TDR, IEEE 1149.1 and IEEE 1687.
- Perform verification of DFX structures including scan controllers, OCC, EDT, PLL, clock/analog observe, thermal sensors, and related IPs.
- Develop and maintain TCL/scripts for automation and verification flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take ownership of assigned tasks.
