Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate DevOps Trainer / Faculty to deliver high-quality technical training to students and professionals. The trainer will be responsible for teaching DevOps concepts, tools, methodologies, and real-world implementation through practical sessions, projects, and hands-on lab exercises.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex DevOps concepts for learners with different levels of technical experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and online training sessions on DevOps and related technologies.
- Develop and deliver structured training sessions according to the institute's curriculum.
- Provide extensive hands-on practical training and real-world demonstrations.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, lab exercises, assignments, assessments, and mock tests.
- Guide students in developing industry-oriented DevOps projects.
- Monitor student performance and provide technical guidance and feedback.
- Troubleshoot student issues during practical and lab sessions.
- Keep course content updated with current DevOps tools, practices, and industry trends.
- Conduct practical assessments, technical evaluations, and project reviews.
- Support students in preparing for relevant DevOps and cloud certifications.
- Mentor students on career opportunities, technical interviews, and industry expectations.
- Maintain proper records of attendance, assessments, student progress, and course completion.
- Coordinate with the Academic/Technical team to improve training quality.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, and technical events conducted by the institute.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant qualified certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 2+ years of practical experience in DevOps, Cloud, System Administration, SRE, or related technologies.
- Previous experience as a technical trainer/faculty is preferred.
- Candidates with strong industry experience and excellent technical knowledge may also be considered.

Additional Responsibilities
- Conduct Demo Classes / Orientation Sessions for prospective students when required.
- Participate in technical seminars and workshops.
- Assist the institute in developing new technical courses and lab environments.
- Support placement activities through technical interview preparation and mock interviews.
- Maintain professional standards and follow institute policies and procedures.

Preferred Certifications Certifications such as the following will be an advantage:
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
- Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
- Red Hat certifications
- Docker/Kubernetes certifications
- Relevant Linux or Cloud certifications
