We are urgently hiring for an open position for Desktop Support Engineer,
Location: Mundra, Gujarat
Work Mode: Work from office
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for Windows OS, VMware, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and Active Directory.
- Troubleshoot basic LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, and DHCP issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware and software.
- Manage user accounts, access, and password-related issues.
- Log and resolve incidents through an IT ticketing system within SLA.
- Maintain IT assets and technical documentation.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant IT teams.
Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in Desktop IT Support Engineer
- Strong Experience on Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Any related certification is preferred.
