Role Description The Desktop Support Engineer – US Shift is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This position is responsible for providing end-user support for desktop computers, laptops, and related devices, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. The engineer will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, support printers and peripheral devices, and respond to support tickets and service requests in a timely manner.

Daily tasks include troubleshooting network connectivity at the workstation level, documenting issues and resolutions,



and coordinating with other IT teams when escalation is required. The role also involves working in US shift hours, maintaining service quality standards, and ensuring minimal downtime for users.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for end-user systems and applications.
- Candidates should possess hands-on experience in Printer Support and related peripheral device maintenance.
- Candidates should possess excellent english communication skills and the ability to document issues and solutions clearly.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in desktop support or IT helpdesk environments, ideally with international or US-based clients, is beneficial.
- Ability to work in US shift hours, collaborate within a team, and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
