- Lead footwear design from concept to final product
- Research trends, materials, colours, and consumer preferences
- Develop innovative and commercially relevant footwear collections
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams
- Drive design briefs, sampling, and product development
- Ensure the collection reflects the brand’s aesthetic and quality standards
