Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Project Ownership
- Own the project from project-code allocation to photoshoot.
- Open and maintain the Master Project Tracker.
- Assign and coordinate the complete project team.
- Establish the committed handover date and backward-plan all project milestones.
- Ensure all internal SLA gates are clearly defined and tracked.
2. Project Planning & Timeline Governance
- Maintain the Master Project Tracker on a daily basis.
- Conduct daily tracker reviews/stand-ups and identify timeline risks.
- Monitor projects that are on track, delayed, or at risk.
- Act on amber risks before they become red/escalation issues.
- Track days-on-us versus days-on-client/possession and ensure appropriate clock-stops are applied.
- Ensure timeline delays are factually attributed to client, possession, or internal causes.
3. Design & Pre-Execution Coordination
- Coordinate with Designers, PID, 2D Draftsman and Cut-list teams.
- Review designer weekly plans and balance workload across approximately 4–5 projects per designer.
- Ensure 2D sign-off is completed as per project timelines.
- Ensure cut-list and BOQ are released at least 10 working days before handover.
- Prevent last-minute cut-list, BOQ and 2D requirements.
4. Payment, Sign-Off & No-Chill Governance
- Ensure the no-chill-after-payment process is followed.
- Ensure sign-off is released to cut-list within 2 working days of payment.
- Treat any breach of this timeline as a red flag and initiate corrective action.
- Ensure post-payment production visibility, including factory dispatch date and weekly production status.
5. Query & Issue Management
- Maintain a single, dated Cut-list / 2D Query Log.
- Ensure critical queries are addressed the same day and standard queries within the defined 48-hour SLA.
- Monitor query ageing and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
- Identify recurring issues and drive corrective action.
- Escalate risks proactively rather than waiting for client escalation.
6. Client Communication & Experience
- Establish and maintain a fixed communication cadence throughout design and execution.
- Ensure proactive project updates are shared before the client needs to ask for status.
- Monitor client feedback and ratings.
- Act on low client-rating alerts on the same day with appropriate PID/action.
- Keep clients informed about milestones, risks, delays, decisions and next steps.
- Drive client satisfaction across both design and execution stages.
7. Production & Execution Governance
- Confirm factory dispatch date within 48 hours of payment-to-production.
- Track production status on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate vendor kick-off with the Project Engineer.
- Ensure phase-wise quality gates are completed.
- Monitor site readiness, execution progress and snags.
- Coordinate with the Project Engineer and site teams to ensure snag-free handover.
- Ensure the project is photoshoot-ready as planned.
8. Project Closure
- Drive snag-free handover and client sign-off.
- Ensure all project milestones and closure activities are completed.
- Close the project in the Master Project Tracker.
- Record delay attribution and project learnings.
- Ensure relevant project documentation and status information are updated before closure.
