About the RoleWe are looking for a Manager – Design to lead a team of designers across a portfolio of commercial interior projects.

You will own design quality, client experience, design timelines, technical drawing quality, and team performance, while ensuring every project moves seamlessly from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 3–5 designers across multiple commercial interior projects.
- Own design quality, delivery timelines, and overall design output across the portfolio.
- Review and approve concept presentations, developed designs, 3D renders, layouts, and technical drawing packages.
- Lead client design presentations, understand feedback, and drive the design approval process.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers to align design milestones with project execution schedules.
- Brief designers on client requirements and guide the design development process from concept through technical detailing.
- Review layouts, drawings, specifications, and design details to ensure they are complete, coordinated, and execution-ready.
- Ensure material selections and specifications align with project budgets, design intent, and procurement timelines.




- Track and manage design revisions, scope changes, and client feedback.
- Mentor and develop junior designers through regular reviews, feedback, and design guidance.
- Support BD pitches and pre-sales presentations through concept development and design inputs when required.
- Work closely with the execution team to ensure the design intent is accurately translated on site.

What We're Looking For
- 7–12 years of experience in interior design, preferably in commercial spaces.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing or mentoring design teams.
- Strong portfolio of office, co-working, enterprise, or commercial interior projects.
- Strong understanding of design development, space planning, materials, and technical detailing.
- Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and design stages simultaneously.
- Robust understanding of design-to-execution workflows.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / Enscape, and Photoshop.
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
