1. Role & Responsibilities

Responsible for end-to-end product management and delivery of digital journeys across Mobile App and Web platforms. The role includes understanding business requirements, preparing BRDs and user stories, managing product roadmaps and backlogs, coordinating with Technology, UI/UX, Analytics, Operations and Business teams, and managing UAT and product releases. The candidate will also monitor post-launch performance, customer journeys, conversion and product KPIs to drive continuous improvements.

2. Skills & Qualifications

Looking for a graduate in Engineering, Technology, Management, Business or a related field, with an MBA/Post-Graduation preferred. The candidate should have 710 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Platforms,



Digital Lending, Customer Experience or Project Delivery, preferably within BFSI, FinTech or Digital Lending. Robust knowledge of Product Ownership, App/Web platforms, Agile, BRD/User Stories, UAT, Release Management and Stakeholder Management is required.
