Key Responsibilities

- Lead residential interior design projects from concept to execution.

- Develop space plans, 2D drawings, 3D models, renders and working drawings.

- Handle client meetings, presentations and design discussions.

- Explain and recommend materials, finishes, hardware and design options to clients.

- Negotiate with clients on design, materials, scope and budgets.

- Coordinate with drafting, estimation, procurement and execution teams.

- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues.

- Guide designers and ensure quality and timely delivery.

Preferred candidate profile

- 9 to 15 years of residential interior design experience.

- Solid experience with residential flats and apartments.

- Excellent 3D modelling and rendering skills.

- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, hardware and modular furniture.

- Excellent client handling, communication and negotiation skills.

- English, Telugu and Hindi Mandatory.

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Revit and other design/project management software will be added advantage.
