Electronic Packaging Department

Location - Bangalore

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 20 -25 years of relevant experience in Military and aerospace design and production of electronic packaging.
- Candidate with experience in electromechanical system design and development.
- Oversee the Design, development, and integration of electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Lead and manage the design and production teams, ensuring alignment with company goals and project timelines.
- Proven experience in leading large teams, with excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Hands-on experience with defense, military, and aerospace-grade system requirements and standards.
- Solid knowledge of multidisciplinary system integration (electrical, electronic, mechanical).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
