About The Ro le

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our client's dynamic team on a full time basis. This remote position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, making it ideal for professionals seeking a versatile and engaging role in manufacturing design. The primary focus of this role is to develop and refine mechanical components and assemblies using FreeCAD, ensuring they meet precise specifications for industrial applications.

The Design

Engineer will be responsible for translating technical requirements into detailed 3D models and technical drawings, facilitating seamless communication between engineering and production teams. This role provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing solutions and work within a collaborative, forward-thinking environme nt.





Qualificat ions The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in mechanical design and proficiency in FreeCAD. A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering principles is essential. Candidates should have experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications, with a keen eye for detail.

Familiarity with GD&T; standards and CAD data exchange formats is highly desirable. A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant hands-on experience in a similar role. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting are also important for success in this posi tion.
