We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer with strong hands-on experience in SPM and Industrial Automation Machine Design.
Candidates must have practical experience in Fixture Design and Cavity Design along with strong knowledge of SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of relevant Design Engineering experience
- Hands-on experience in Fixture Design – Mandatory
- Hands-on experience in Cavity Design – Mandatory
- Experience in SPM / Industrial Automation Machine Design
- Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience in 3D modelling and 2D manufacturing drawings
- Knowledge of machine components, mechanisms and assembly
- Ability to understand and develop designs based on machine requirements
- Experience working with fabrication, machining and assembly teams
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and develop SPM and Industrial Automation Machines
- Create detailed 3D models using SolidWorks
- Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD
- Design and develop Fixtures, Jigs and Cavities
- Prepare machine assemblies and individual component drawings
- Modify existing designs based on customer and production requirements
- Prepare BOM and manufacturing documentation
- Coordinate with production, assembly and automation teams
- Ensure designs are suitable for manufacturing, machining and assembly
- Support design-related issues during machine assembly and commissioning
