n
- Develop prototypes and coordinate with vendors and manufacturing teams for fabrication and assembly.
n
- Conduct pressure, leak, flow, thermal, vibration, and functional testing of CDU prototypes.
n
- Analyze test results and implement design improvements through iterative engineering cycles.
n
- Prepare engineering documentation including drawings, specifications, BOMs, test procedures,
validation reports, and design change documentation .
n
- Work closely with thermal, electrical, controls, manufacturing, quality, sourcing, and product teams .
n
- Support transition of CDU designs from prototype to pilot production and mass manufacturing .
n
- Evaluate suppliers and review manufacturing capabilities for pumps, heat exchangers, manifolds, piping, sheet metal, machining, welding, and other components.
n
- Support root-cause analysis and resolution of field and prototype failures.
n
n
nRequired Qualifications
n
n
n
