Design Director, Global Client Programs

Experience: 8–15 years | Reports to: Founder & Director

Technofocus is a 100-person enterprise technology training and consulting company. We design and run large-scale learning and enablement programs for a Fortune 50 global technology company: a learning platform, campaigns, emailers, event and training decks, and microsites reaching a very large global audience.

We're looking for a Design Director to own the quality of everything we produce for this client. You'll work within their brand system and make every piece feel world-class, using modern tools, AI included, to do it at scale.

What you'll own

- Design quality across the learning platform, websites, microsites, emailers, presentations and campaign creatives
- Mastery of the client's brand guidelines, plus judgement on where to push creatively within them
- Final sign-off on all visual output before it reaches the client
- Leading and mentoring the design team: raising the bar, building templates and reusable components
- Bringing AI design tools (Claude, Figma AI, Firefly or similar)



into the team's workflow to standardise quality and speed up production
- Working with content, program and business teams, and being the design voice in client conversations
- You are
- An NID/NIFT/Srishti graduate or equivalent, with a strong portfolio
- Experienced on large global brand accounts, whether agency or in-house
- Someone who does excellent work within strict brand guidelines rather than fighting them
- Strong across layout, typography, presentation design, email and digital/UI
- Comfortable with AI design tools and using them in real work, with the taste to know when their output isn't positive enough
- Experienced with learning platforms, portals or product UI (a plus)
- Fluent in Figma, Adobe CC and PowerPoint at a high level
- Able to explain clearly why a design works and show the better version
