This is a learning-heavy, hands-on role. You wont just sit behind a screen making drawings. You’ll learn how real interior projects are built — from initial walk-in to measurements to execution to final handover. If you want exposure to actual sites, real clients, and real responsibility, this role will accelerate your growth faster than most studios.
What You'll Do:
1. Assist in client meetings and design discussions
2. Prepare layouts and drawings (Teowin / PowerPoint / Excel)
3. Oversee site measurements
4. Support BOQs and specifications
5. Coordinate with clients and vendors
6. Visit sites regularly
7. Learn execution and project management fundamentals
8. Youll work closely with Senior Designers and, over time, grow into independent project ownership.
What We Are Looking For:
1. Are early in your career (03 years of experience or fresher)
2. Want to learn both design and execution
3. Don’t mind site work
4. Are organised and detail-focused
5. Take feedback seriously & learn from your mistakes
6. Prefer learning fast over comfort
