Responsibilities

- Strong experience in technical troubleshooting and field support for off-road vehicles, including vehicle complaint analysis, diagnostics, repair guidance, warranty claim verification, and dealer/service engineer support.
- Good exposure in current product readiness and launch activities, including Service & Parts Manual preparation, product readiness matrices, DFS-to-SAM coordination, and Special Maintenance Tool development.
- Must have experience in field failure analysis and product improvement, with good exposure in root-cause analysis, retro actions, coordination with Plant/Field Quality teams, and execution of corrective measures to reduce recurring field failures.




- Good experience in service personnel training and technical knowledge transfer, including training on new technologies, diagnostic tools, repair procedures, and best practices to improve service quality and first-time resolution.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Diploma with Electrical background with 10+ years of experience & Graduate with an Electrical/ Mechanical background.
- Minimum 5 to 10 years’ experience in managing any field of service, preferably EV vehicles.
