About the Project

This position is part of a construction project at Palhera, Meerut, involving development of UPSRTC Maintenance Workshop/Depot facilities being constructed by NCRTC for the Delhi-Meerut RRTS Corridor. The scope includes administrative buildings, depot/workshop structures, PEB and steel structures, maintenance pits, roads and associated civil, structural, architectural and electrical works.

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Deputy Project Managers to support project management and execution activities at the Meerut construction project. The role will involve coordinating site execution, manpower, resources and multiple technical teams to ensure timely and quality completion of project works.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities.
- Oversee civil, structural and architectural works at the project site.
- Coordinate execution of buildings, depot/workshop structures, roads, maintenance pits and associated works.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Supervisors, Planning, Quality, Electrical, Survey and Safety teams.
- Monitor daily and weekly project progress.
- Ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications and site instructions.
- Identify execution issues, delays and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and Engineer-in-Charge.




- Coordinate with the government authority, NCRTC (National Capital Region Transport Corporation), and other concerned project representatives to ensure smooth execution, approvals, inspections and timely resolution of site-related matters.
- Monitor manpower, material and equipment requirements.
- Ensure proper coordination between different construction activities.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum10years of experience.
- Experience in similar construction/infrastructure works.
- Positive site execution and team coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple construction activities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
