Role & responsibilities -

Responsibility-

- Reporting to HOD-QA.
- Experience: min 8-10 years
- Should be a certified internal auditor of IATF 16949 QMS & has experience of min 8 years of doing QMS audits & handling final inspection, in-process inspection area.
- Must have expertise of operating, trouble shooting of AOI (Auto-optical-inspection) systems, CMM programming, various gauges & fixtures.
- Handling audits & complaints related to Global automotive OEMs such as Maruti, M & M, Tata Motors, Stellantis, General Motors, Ford, VW, Marcedez Benz etc.
- Expertise in understanding of GD & T, having experience of working in machine shop (VMC, CNC, Brazing, Laser Welding, Heat Treatment) will be preferred.
- Responsible for achieving QA KPI & implementing improvements.
- Responsible for Customer complaints resolution promptly & drive Zero defect strategy, TQM practices.
- Responsible for DWM pertaining to In-process & Final inspection activities,



ensuring daily Quality & quantity targets are achieved.
- Implementation of statistical technique
- Implementation of continual Quality improvement projects on defect reduction.
- Responsible for carrying out calibration activity as per defined schedule.
- Measurement system analysis & implementation of improvements.
- Gauges, equipment planning & implementation in case of current projects, NPD
- Responsible for Layout inspections reports.
- Responsible for PDI/OQC report release for customer.
- Responsible to execute Product & process audit, implement countermeasures on Ncs.
- Responsible for Final inspection activities, ensuring daily Quality & quantity targets are achieved.
- PFMEA, Past trouble data, control plan review, updating.
