What does the job entail?
- Processing of financial & Maturity transaction within defined TAT
- 100% adherence to quality in processing financial & Maturity transaction.
- Preparation of MIS, suspense analysis & coordination with IT for technical issue cases.
- Manage the email queries which received on the generic mail ID.
- Coordination with vendor for Quality output and productivity.
- Trainings on the gaps for vendors users.
- Co-ordination with internal stake holders.
