Deputy Manager Human Resources

Job Purpose

Manage end-to-end HR operations for the assigned business/project, ensuring effective HR partnering, employee engagement, manpower management, statutory compliance, and smooth employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as HR Business Partner for the assigned business/project and partner with Operations teams.
- Manage talent acquisition, manpower planning, onboarding, joining and separation processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution and IR-related matters .
- Manage contract labour, contractor and vendor management .
- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance and maintain relevant records.
- Manage compensation benefits, attendance, payroll inputs and employee data .
- Drive performance management, training development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct climate surveys, engagement activities and CSR initiatives .
- Prepare and analyze HR MIS and key HR metrics including headcount, attrition, time-to-hire and manpower cost.
- Support HR policy implementation, budgeting and cost optimization .




- Manage HR processes through Darwinbox / Savvy and ensure data accuracy.
- Support new project HR setup and implementation .

Qualification Experience

- MBA/PGDM in HR / Personnel Management or equivalent.
- 58 years of relevant HR experience , preferably in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, supply chain or other operations-driven environments.
- Strong exposure to contract workforce management, labour compliance and HR operations .
