Role & responsibilities:

- PNG Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of steel pipeline, DRS, MRS etc.
- Installation, testing, commissioning and Monitoring the CP system.
- Emergency Team management, Patrolling of steel pipeline network and Emergency Handling.
- Preparation and execution of month wise annual maintenance plan for Leak surveys, LPT, valve, CP, DRS, MRS etc.
- De-commissioning, Laying, re-routing, welding, coating, hydro testing, purging, commissioning of steel pipeline as per codes, SOPs and Updation in GIS, SAP etc.
- Periodic maintenance and rectification of TLP, TR unit, monitoring the TLP readings etc. as per maintenance schedule and taking further action accordingly to ensure the healthiness of the network.
- Liaisoning and coordination with local authority and third parties.
- Planning & Coordination for Calibration activity.
- Supervising day to day MIS and data generation.
- Gas Loss Monitoring and knowledge of Gas metering.
- Quality Assurance & HSE Adherence.

Preferred candidate profile :





- Experience in Operation and maintenance of Mechanical Gas Pressure regulating equipment in PNG/CNG including DRS, MRS, isolation and sectionized steel valves and other equipment used in the CGD.
- Able to handle PNG Operation / PNG Project activities in allocated area
- Having good knowledge of codes, T4S etc. and ASME level -II certificate.
- Convergent with SAP PM module.
- Leadership Abilities, Good Interpersonal Skills, Negotiation skills, Strong written and verbal Communication skills, Good liaison and PR quality etc.

For Deputy General Manager position minimum experience is 16 years with maximum age limit of 48 years. The candidates must have scored minimum 60% of marks in the qualification. No Part time /Correspondence Course Qualification will be entertained. All minimum essential qualification(s) shall be from AICTE recognized Institutes /Colleges.
