About the RoleWe are looking for an AGM / DGM – Design to lead design delivery and creative output across a portfolio of high-value commercial interior projects.

This is a leadership role with ownership of design quality, client experience, team performance, timelines, budgets, and commercial outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial interiors experience, exceptional design leadership, and the ability to translate client requirements into compelling, executable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead design delivery across multiple commercial and hospitality interior projects.
- Partner with the Sales team to develop project briefs and lead client presentations, pitches, and design discussions.
- Own design and creative direction from concept development through final execution.
- Act as the key design point of contact for clients and manage design-related discussions and escalations.
- Ensure all design deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Manage workload across the design team and mentor Designers, Senior Designers, and Design Managers.
- Drive QA/QC and establish strong design processes, methodologies, and standards.
- Review design concepts, materials, GFC details, costing, and overall design feasibility.
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Procurement, Sales, and other teams to ensure alignment on design, cost, and timelines.




- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure design intent is translated accurately on site.
- Resolve design challenges and client concerns while maintaining project quality and commercial objectives.
- Contribute to building scalable design processes and developing the next level of design leadership.

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of professional experience in commercial interiors, hospitality interiors, or related design environments.
- Proven experience leading design teams and delivering high-profile, high-quality projects.
- Solid understanding of commercial interior design, materials, costing, GFC details, budgeting, and scheduling.
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills with the ability to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Process-oriented with a strong eye for design quality and execution feasibility.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an understanding of P&L; and commercial outcomes.
- Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
