A leading boutique multi-family office serving UHNI families, business families and corporate leaders is hiring a Deputy CEO / Head of Family Office, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. Full-time, on-site.

The seat bridges institutional-grade portfolio construction with bespoke advisory for UHNW families across global markets, with firm-level P&L; and investment oversight across all offices.

Key responsibilities

- Own the firm's P&L; - revenue targets, margins and EBITDA
- Design competitive fee structures - AUM-based, performance-linked or retainer
- Optimise cost-to-serve and overheads through technology and process automation
- Identify, vet and acquire boutique firms to expand AUM and geographic footprint; lead post-merger integration of client families and teams




- Drive organic growth by pitching and securing recent HNI / UHNI client families
- Supervise asset allocation and risk management across all offices; lead alternatives and private-market deal sourcing
- Steward complex family dynamics and multi-generational wealth transitions
- Ensure regulatory compliance and robust cybersecurity across multiple jurisdictions

Must have: P&L; ownership at a wealth management, multi-family office or private banking platform, a genuine UHNW advisory book, and demonstrable inorganic growth exposure (acquisitions, team lift-outs or post-merger integration). Alternatives and private-market deal sourcing is a differentiator, not a nice-to-have.
