Role Overview: Dentist Associate.

We are looking for a highly driven, energetic, and customer-focused Associate Dentist to join our fast-growing sales team.

As part of the Home Scan Team, you will visit customers at their homes, conduct smile scans using 3D scanning devices, explain the aligner treatment journey, and help convert consultations into sales.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, fieldwork, consultative selling, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Bike is mandatory for this role.
- Visit customers at their homes for smile consultations and 3D scans.
- Perform smile scans using 3D scanning devices and mobile tools.
- Explain the aligner treatment process, benefits, and pricing options to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide personalized solutions.
- Handle assigned leads and convert consultations into sales.
- Achieve assigned monthly consultation and conversion targets.
- Conduct effective follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with the central operations and sales teams for scheduling and follow-ups.
- Ensure a smooth, professional, and exceptional customer experience throughout the consultation journey.
- Maintain accurate customer information and updates through CRM/mobile applications.

Requirements:





- Education: Graduation
- Experience: 1- 3 years
- Experience in B2C Sales, Field Sales, Home Demonstrations, Health-Tech, FMCG, Insurance, or similar domains.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid customer-handling and consultative selling abilities.
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel and customer interaction.
- Basic proficiency in CRM applications, mobile tools, and technology-based devices.
- Valid two-wheeler and bike riding experience is mandatory.
