Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Demonstration Specialist to represent premium audio and video products in a retail environment.

The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging product demonstrations, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, and contributing to store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities



- Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and functionality of premium audio/video products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements.
- Deliver engaging and informative product demonstrations.
- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and product knowledge.
- Handle customer queries related to product features, pricing, warranty, and availability.
- Support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including invoicing, payments, delivery, and installation coordination.
- Maintain product displays, demo units, and overall store presentation.
- Coordinate with store teams, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.




- Stay updated on product specifications, new launches, and industry trends.

- Strong interest in technology, audio/video products, and consumer electronics.

- Ability to explain technical product features in a simple and engaging manner.

Educational Qualification

Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant communication and sales skills may be considered.
