About the Role

Qnovate Solutions is looking for an experienced and results-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead our outbound demand generation initiatives across domestic and international markets.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B demand generation, campaign management, enterprise sales development, and inside sales leadership , with a proven ability to build scalable outbound strategies and generate qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and scale the end-to-end outbound demand generation strategy across domestic and international markets.
- Develop and execute multi-channel outbound campaigns through email, LinkedIn, calling, and other relevant channels.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing Inside Sales / SDR team to achieve pipeline and revenue targets.
- Define target accounts, buyer personas, and outreach strategies for enterprise prospects.
- Build structured prospecting and lead-generation programs to consistently generate qualified opportunities.
- Optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion workflows and improve sales funnel efficiency.
- Implement data-driven outreach frameworks and continuously analyze campaign performance.
- Track key metrics such as response rates, meetings booked, MQLs/SQLs, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to align demand generation activities with business and revenue objectives.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, outreach sequences, and qualification processes.
- Identify current markets, industries, accounts, and business opportunities for expansion.
- Use CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator,



and other sales intelligence tools to build and manage prospect databases.
- Regularly report on campaign performance, pipeline generation, team productivity, and areas for improvement.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Campaign Management, Sales Development, or Enterprise Sales.
- Proven experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
- Experience managing or mentoring an inside sales / SDR team.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, lead qualification, and conversion strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize campaigns and sales processes.
- Experience working with CRM and sales intelligence platforms.
- Ability to work across domestic and international markets and time zones.
- Strong ownership, leadership, and target-oriented approach.

Good to Have
- Experience in ERP, SAP, SaaS, IT consulting, or enterprise technology services .
- Experience handling international B2B markets, particularly the US, UK, Canada, or Europe .
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, email outreach tools, and sales automation platforms .
- Experience developing outbound sales playbooks and scalable demand-generation processes.
