Role summary
You will build and run Navtech's demand generation engine for US mid-market banks, credit unions, and financial services firms. You'll use Navtech's marketing collateral across email, LinkedIn, paid media, and events to generate qualified sales meetings and measurable pipeline for the banking sales team.
This is not a cold-calling or closing role. You own the top of the funnel and hand qualified meetings to sales.
Key responsibilities
- Targeting and segmentation. Define and maintain the target account list, for example community and regional banks of roughly $1B–$20B in assets, credit unions, and specialty lenders. Map buying committees such as the CIO/CTO, COO, Chief Digital Officer, Head of Retail Banking, and Head of Risk.
- Email campaigns. Plan and run multi-touch outbound and nurture sequences that hold up for a banking audience. Manage domain health, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM compliance.
- LinkedIn. Run Navtech's company page content calendar for BFSI. Build thoughtleadership posts for leadership profiles. Run Sales Navigator-driven outreach programs.
- Paid media. Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads campaigns aimed at target accounts. Own budget, cost per lead, and cost per meeting.
- Events. Identify and plan participation in US banking events, such as ICBA Capital Summit, ABA conferences, BAI Beacon, Finovate, Money20/20, and state banking association meetings. Run webinars and virtual roundtables. Handle pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up.
- Collateral use. Turn existing case studies, product pages, and decks into campaign assets like one-pagers, email copy, ad creative briefs, and landing pages, working with the designer, content writer, and web developer.
- Lead qualification and handoff. Agree lead stages (MQL to SQL) with sales, qualify inbound and campaign responses, and book meetings for the banking sales team.
- Reporting. Track and report weekly on the funnel: reach, engagement, MQLs, meetings booked, sales-accepted leads, pipeline value, and channel ROI.
