Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end delivery management of OpenText technical projects including implementation, upgrades, migrations, and support.
- Lead and manage large, multi-location technical teams across Pan India.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Provide technical leadership in OpenText Content Server, Archive Center, Documentum, xECM, and integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems.
- Manage project planning, execution, risk management, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, budgets, and timelines.
- Drive governance, review mechanisms, and reporting for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams for technical solutioning and estimations.
- Oversee upgrade, migration, and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with security, audit, and organizational standards.
- Mentor and develop technical leads and architects within the delivery teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- 15+ years of IT experience with strong OpenText Technical background.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager / Program Manager / Engagement Manager.
- Hands-on or strong oversight experience with:

- OpenText Content Server

- OpenText Archive Center

- OpenText xECM

- OpenText Documentum (preferred)
- Experience in OpenText upgrades, migrations, and integrations (especially with SAP).
- Solid understanding of ITIL, Agile, and Waterfall delivery models.
- Excellent stakeholder, customer, and vendor management skills.
- Experience managing large programs and multi-vendor environments.
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
