Role Overview

Apexon is looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong BFSI experience to manage end-to-end delivery of technology engagements for banking, financial services, and insurance clients. The role will focus on delivery governance, client management, team leadership, and ensuring successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of BFSI technology projects/programs, ensuring timelines, quality, scope, and budget are met.
- Build and manage strong relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional delivery teams and drive effective resource planning and utilization.
- Own delivery governance, including project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
- Work closely with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Product, and Business teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Understand client requirements and translate business objectives into effective delivery plans.
- Proactively identify delivery risks and drive mitigation and resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Support account growth by identifying opportunities for additional services and client engagements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1015 years of experience in IT Services, Technology Consulting,



Digital Engineering, or related environments.
- Strong BFSI domain experience across Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or related financial services.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end technology project/program delivery.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, project governance, and delivery management.
- Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Robust client-facing, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with enterprise clients in a technology services/consulting environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, escalations, risks, and delivery dependencies.

Preferred
- Experience with large Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance clients.
- Exposure to Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data & Analytics, Application Modernization, or Enterprise Technology programs.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or relevant delivery/project management certification is an advantage.
