The job role is in the Private Markets division at Acuity, one of the fastest growing segments within the firm. This opportunity is ideal for a private equity /investment banking / strategy consulting professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations.

The role would involve:

- Core system administration & functional support: create/manage entities, investors, GL accounts
- User access & issue resolution: permissioning, troubleshooting with FIS/Investran support
- Reporting support (SSRS): maintain, tweak, and enhance existing reports; limited net-new build using templates
- Data management & remediation: bulk updates, corrections, and data quality fixes
- Operational support: run existing reports and support business requests from the system
- System maintenance & environments: manage UAT refreshes, validate connections, support testing cycles
- Upgrade support: assist with quarterly upgrades, testing, and validation cycles
- Review of NAV and Financials of the Private equity and Hybrid Funds that include recording Journal Entries, preparing monthly/Quarterly/Annual Financials, processing payments, preparing investor notices and various client reporting.
- Review Capital Call and distribution workings along with notices and release to respective investors.




- Managing the client relationships for the Funds and individually handle the deliverable requirements on daily/weekly/monthly/Quarterly basis.
- Onboard new PE/Hybrid Funds in the accounting platforms (Investran)
- Identify and implement process improvement techniques to improve the process efficiency and team productivity
- Setting up SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) by laying down the processes and internal check frameworks to achieve the overall objective
- Client Management: Understanding project request, negotiate deadline and handling client queries
- Project Management: Project structuring, planning, conceptualizing output

Key Competencies: -

- CFA, Chartered Accountant, MBA from a top tier business school
- 4-9 years of strong experience in Private Equity Fund Accounting, Investran System admin Support
- Understanding of Private Equity, Venture Capital, PE Co-investment, PE Fund of Funds
- Strong in finance fundamentals and analytical skills
- Excellent in MS Excel to process varied data sets
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Dedicated and motivated individuals having demonstrated academic excellence with project management, client relationship management, analytical, and teamwork skills
