Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Delivery Director – AI & Generative AI to lead the successful delivery of large-scale AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI programs for global clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving delivery excellence, portfolio governance, customer success, financial performance, and people leadership while ensuring the successful execution of complex AI transformation initiatives.

This role requires close collaboration with executive stakeholders, solution architects, AI engineers, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and business-driven AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering programs.

Manage multiple customer engagements, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timelines.

Build and maintain robust relationships with executive stakeholders, clients, and business leaders.

Drive delivery governance, risk management, resource planning, and executive reporting.

Lead cross-functional teams comprising Delivery Managers, Technical Program Managers, AI Engineers, Data Scientists, Architects, QA, and DevOps teams.

Ensure adoption of Agile delivery methodologies and engineering best practices.

Oversee AI solution delivery involving LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, Computer Vision, MLOps, and Intelligent Automation.

Drive operational excellence through AI-assisted delivery, automation,



continuous improvement, and delivery metrics.

Own portfolio financials, including budgeting, forecasting, utilization, revenue, margins, and resource optimization.

Support pre-sales, solutioning, estimations, and strategic account growth initiatives.

Mentor delivery leaders and build high-performing, customer-focused teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

15+ years of experience in software engineering, technology consulting, or enterprise delivery.

8+ years leading large-scale technology programs and global delivery teams.

Proven experience delivering AI, Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, or Digital Transformation programs.

Strong experience managing enterprise customers and executive stakeholders.
