Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Delivery Associate role based in Ranchi.

The Delivery

Associate will be responsible for picking up parcels from the local hub, verifying shipment details, and delivering packages safely and on time to customers across assigned routes. Daily tasks include route planning, loading and unloading packages, obtaining delivery confirmations, handling returns or reverse logistics, and maintaining basic delivery records through mobile applications or handheld devices. The role also involves interacting with customers in a skilled manner, answering basic delivery-related queries, and escalating any issues to the supervisor.





The Delivery

Associate is expected to follow company safety protocols, adhere to traffic and operational guidelines, and keep the assigned vehicle or delivery equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, including polite communication and a customer-focused approach.
- Candidates should possess basic Training and learning abilities to follow delivery procedures, safety guidelines, and technology tools.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management and Transportation skills, such as route navigation, time management, and safe handling of packages.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Food & Beverage or similar delivery environments as an added advantage.
- Essential qualifications include a valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license (as applicable), good knowledge of local areas in Ranchi, and the ability to lift and carry parcels safely.
- Basic smartphone usage skills for delivery apps, reliability in attendance, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak seasons, are required.
- Prior experience in courier, e-commerce, or logistics delivery roles is preferred but not mandatory; minimum educational qualification of high school completion or equivalent is desirable.
