Your Role

As a Deal Architect, you will serve as a trusted commercial partner to Sales, supporting opportunities across the deal lifecycle through deal structuring, pricing, financial analysis, commercial governance, and execution. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop profitable solutions, manage risks, ensure financial controls, and help Sales navigate complex deals effectively.

What You'll Do

- Act as a trusted commercial advisor to Sales, partnering throughout the deal lifecycle to structure competitive, financially viable, and profitable deals.
- Perform rigorous pricing, cost, margin, profitability, discount, risk, and commercial analysis while ensuring strong financial governance and appropriate controls.
- Proactively manage the deal pipeline, prioritize critical and quarter-closing opportunities, drive timely approvals, and support accurate 30–60-day forecasting.
- Build strong product and commercial expertise to evaluate complex, multi-product and multi-service opportunities and their overall financial impact.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Contract Management, Product, and other stakeholders to resolve deal complexities and improve speed to market.
- Enable Sales teams through guidance on pricing methodologies, commercial processes, approval requirements, new products, tools, and system enhancements.
- Drive process improvement, standardization, and automation to improve turnaround time, productivity, data quality,



controls, and overall deal effectiveness.
- Support continuous transformation to create greater capacity for strategic, complex, and higher-value deal activities.

Qualifications

Education

- Master's degree , preferably in Finance

Experience

- 5-6 years of relevant experience in areas such as:
- Deal Architecture / Deal Desk
- Commercial Structuring
- Pricing
- Financial Analysis
- Commercial Finance
- Sales Operations
- Revenue or Deal Management

Skills & Capabilities

- Strong financial & commercial acumen across pricing, margins, costs, and profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Legal, Product, and Contract Management.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Ability to balance business growth with financial controls and commercial discipline.

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, pricing tools, CRM, dashboards, and automation solutions.
- Product and competitive landscape knowledge is an added advantage.
